The address is [email protected]. It goes to the independent developer behind the site, and bug reports, questions, praise and ideas all land in the same inbox.

Reporting a problem

The more of these you can include, the faster the cause shows up:

• the tool, and what you did in a few words
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on a Mac or Firefox on Android
• the file type, and about how big it was in pixels or megabytes
• what you hoped to get, and what you saw instead

Suggesting a feature or format

Missing an option, or a format that will not open? Tell the developer what you were trying to make, because that shows the gap better than naming a feature.

About attachments

What you process never leaves your device, so the developer cannot see it, and a written description normally does the job. Leave out private documents and pictures of other people.
